I left a one-piece black swimsuit in room 206 when I checked out on the morning of January 30th, 2024. I am certain of where I left the swimsuit, as it was wet, and I placed it on a towel in the bathroom to dry. Since then, this item has gone missing. The reception desk manager displayed a complete indifferent attitude towards the situation, which is unacceptable. There was no apology, no indication of an investigation, and no acknowledgment of the seriousness of the matter. It appears that missing items are not considered a problem at all. This lack of concern is very disappointing.

A very pleasant, chic, quiet hotel just outside the city center. Really wonderful and helpful staff. Busy but not over crowded. Typically sized European city hotel room; quaint but livable. Clean, comfy and quiet. Close to a few restaurants, supermarket, etc.

No fridge in the room, tiny room , rude and unprofessional staff. No respect for the guests , the iron was taken from the room without any notification while we were using spa facilities and then trying to get it back at the night time, couldn’t believe this nonsense. Rude receptionist! Such a disappointing experience. Thank you ruining our plans and 30th birthday celebration. The only good point was the location.

Let’s start with the good. - close to metro - close to restaurant and supermarket - good bed The bad - even for Paris standards, the room and bathroom is extremely small. You get to know eachother very well. - which brings me to the second bad thing, we got to know our neighbors very well this morning when we got to listen to their whole morning session. We can also hear them cough, so it’s very soundly. - there is only one small elevator which is also used by housekeeping. Meaning you end up waiting for quite a while. - a trivial thing, the soap in our room was empty, which you don’t expect in a four star hotel. In my opinion there is far better hotels in Paris for this price. If you are you looking for something similar, check out La nouvelle republique, which is slightly cheaper, but much larger rooms with same standard.

This hotel was amazing. The staff were all lovely. The room was cosy and the bed was so comfortable and spacious. Fresh towels everyday. We did alot of walking each day. You are about 1 hour from the eiffle tower. The Arc De Triumph is literally on your door step. Lovely restaurant next door called La Villa (100% reccomend)
